| Il primo passo per tornare ad essere una nazione rispettata in tutto il mondo è rafforzare i nostri apparati militari. Questo provvedimento spinge verso una maggiore militarizzazione del nostro paese, per permetterci di difenderci e poter intervenire in maniera efficace in tempi di guerra, cosa che al momento non è possibile. Sono stati esclusi i provvedimenti di carattere ideologico attribuibili alla Destra per permettere al Fronte Popolare, che auspichiamo scelga la via del Governo di larghe intese, di unirsi insieme a noi nella lotta per approvare questa grande riforma. | Message | Questa proposta di legge ha molti punti che il Fronte Popolare condivide tuttavia non possiamo approvare gli articoli 7, 8, 9 ed 11 : 1)Riguardo l'articolo 7 il Fronte Popolare è a favore di una leva obbligatoria solo in caso di guerra; 2)Riguardo l'articolo 8 il Fronte Popolare trova l'utilizzo delle mine una strategia codarda che non farebbe onore alla nazione, ciò però può cambiare nel caso in cui la nazione si trovasse in guerra ed in una situazione estrema di pericolo dove l'approvazione di questa legge potrebbe salvare molti Istaliani. 3)Per quanto riguarda l'articolo 9 proponiamo un discorso simile a quello dell'articolo 8 fermo restante che in caso di estrema necessità saremo d'accordo ad approvarla. 4)Il Fronte Popolare non è d'accordo con l'utilizzo della tortura, questa non è necessaria, vi sono molte altre tecniche per ottenere informazioni utilizzando la psicologia ed altre abilità, torturare un essere umano non è una scelta che fà onore alla nazione. Noi del Fronte Popolare avremmo voluto far passare subito questa legge (con le dovute modifiche) ma dobbiamo astenerci dal votare (la legge non passerà in automatico), non solo per via del fatto che non appoggiamo alcuni articoli ma anche per via dell'assenza di dibattito, prima di mettere una legge al voto si potrebbe discutere questa per almeno sei mesi ( OCC : Un giorno nella vita reale), così che tutti abbiano espresso le loro opinioni ed aumentando le possibilità di passaggio della legge. Il Fronte Popolare comunque ammira il lavoro del NMSI riguardo la sicurezza della nazione. Un altro punto che il FP vorrebbe discutere è il costo di queste modifiche, attualmente abbiamo 2.000.000 di surplus nel bilancio, quanto incideranno queste modifiche ? Quali effetti avranno sugli Istaliani ? Vorremmo che insieme a questa proposta di legge ci siano delle garanzie per quanto riguarda la sfera dei costi. We the People's Front we would have liked to immediately pass this law (with some modifications) but we have to abstain from voting (the law does not pass automatically), not only because of the fact that we do not support some items but also to the absence of debate, before putting to a vote a bill could be debated this for at least six months (OCC: one day in real life), so that all have expressed their views and increasing the chances of passage of the law. The Popular Front still admires the work NMSI about the nation's security. Another point that the FP would like to discuss is the cost of these changes, we currently have 2,000,000 surplus in the budget, as they will influence these changes? What effects they will have on Istaliani? We would like along with this bill there are some guarantees concerning the sphere of costs. |
