Seconda proposizione della Riforma dell'apparato militare in conformità ai voleri del nostro possibile alleato di coalizione Fronte Popolare. Le proposte del FP ci sembrano ragionevoli e in linea con un'ampia maggioranza parlamentare, tuttavia su un unico punto il NMSI non è disposto a cambiare idea: al termine dell'educazione scolastica ogni adulto dovrebbe servire un termine nell'esercito per la propria istruzione, ma sottolineiamo tuttavia, che tale individuo può comunque limitarsi a prestare servizio nel servizio civile nazionale nel caso preferisca un approccio più leggero a tal mondo; crediamo che questo tipo d'istruzione sia molto importante per predisporre i nostri cittadini a una possibile guerra ma anche per aiutarli a sviluppare fiducia nella nostra grande patria e nel nostro grande esercito. Accogliamo anche la vostra richiesta di dibattito a partire dai prossimi provvedimenti, visto che il presente è già stato sottoposto ad ampia discussione. -- Gentili parlamentari del Fronte Popolare, vi ringraziamo per aver sollevato i problemi relativi al bilancio in deficit e vi rispondiamo sottolineando come questo provvedimento non potrà che aiutarci ad uscire da questa situazione: la maggiore militarizzazione e sicurezza del nostro paese farà al tempo stesso sì che gli investimenti esteri nella nostra economia crescano e che le aziende produttrici di armamenti alzino il loro fatturato, dando una grande iniezione di capitali alla nostra economia. L'urgenza di creare un governo tuttavia risiede anche in questo: solo quando avremo disponibilità di modificare il bilancio e ridistribuire le possibilità economiche potremo uscire da questa sgradevole situazione, quindi nuovamente ribadiamo i nostri auspici per una fiorente e duratura collaborazione che al contrario il Partito Comunista Italiano vorrebbe scongiurare, non per il bene dell'Istalia ma per meri interessi di potere. - Roberto Mattioli, Presidente del NMSI e Candidato Capo del governo |
