| Il NMSI propone questa riforma del lavoro nello spirito dell'ampia coalizione di Centro-destra/Centro. I quindici articoli qui sottoposti a cambiamento non sono tutti relativi al tema del lavoro, ma sono elementi complementari fra loro che aiutano a raggiungere l'obiettivo per cui questa riforma è stata creata: risanare la nostra economia. Risanarla partendo dagli sprechi, risanarla semplificando la burocrazia, risanarla rivedendo alcuni limiti imposti da un passato ideologico in parte sbagliato. Da un lato proponiamo quindi un sistema di assunzioni semplificato, e dall'altra ampliamo le possibilità del mercato di espandersi (Legalizzazione in maniera regolata della caccia alle balene, liberalizzazione di alcuni pesticidi a patto che siano listati sull'etichetta, apertura al lavoro ai minorenni in maniera del tutto tutelata, maggiore controllo sulla moneta iniziando ad abbandonare il nostro ruolo di subalternità rispetto altri stati tiranni). Ponendo le basi per questa riforma abbiamo ovviamente tenuto conto delle idee, diverse ma rispettabili, del Fronte Popolare, cercando di inserire provvedimenti meno votati al liberalismo ma anzi proponendone alcuni punti distanti dalla Destra in modo da cercare un compromesso. Ovviamente speriamo che il dibattito porti ad ancora maggiori intese, tenendo a mente che questo è solo un primo passo verso il rilancio del nostro paese sul piano economico e sociale. -- The NMSI proposes this work reform in the name of the large centre-right/centre coalition. The fifteen articles submitted to change aren't all concerning the working theme, but they are important complementary elements who help to reach the goal we want to achieve: a recovery of the economy. From a side we propose a semplification of the assumptions and from the other we give to the market a chance to expande himself. (Legalization of whaling, liberalization of some pesticides in a regulated way, opening of the work reality to the youth in a protected way, major control on our money starting a departure from our role of submission to the tyrants.) Writing this reform we kept in mind the ideas, different but respectable, of the Fronte Popolare, searching to insert less liberal solutions but rather proposing some points distant from the common right ideology, in a way to find a deal. Obviously we hope the debate will bring even major agreements, keeping in mind that this is just the first step to a relaunch of our country on the economic and social plan. | Message | E' una proposta di legge abbastanza complessa, si parla di lavoro, famiglia, economia ed ambiente, noi del Fronte Popolare avremmo preferito una divisione per categorie di queste proposte, ad ogni modo ecco le nostre opinioni riguardo alle proposte del NMSI : Il Fronte popolare concorda con le proposte 3, 5, 8, 10 e 12; La proposta numero 7 è stata anche portata avanti dal PCI ed è stata appoggiata. Proposta 1 : Il FP appoggia la corrente legge che aiuta chi non ha nessuno né un lavoro a finchè questo possa vivere una vita degna (fermo restante che il soggetto debba esser interessato nel trovare un lavoro); Proposta 2 : Lo sciopero è un diritto del lavoratore, seppur come detto in precedenza siamo d'accordo con il NMSI sul fatto che alcuni servizi debbano rimanere attivi; Proposta 4 : Lo sviluppo demografico degl'Istalia sta molto a cuore al nostro partito che sente il dovere di incentivarla; Proposta 6 : il Fronte Popolare fingerà di non aver mai letto questa proposta; Proposta 9 : Attualmente il FP non crede che i beni non di lusso debbano esser tassati, a meno che non si tratti di emergenze (come il dover aumentare gli armamenti o la sicurezza) non appoggeremo la proposta; Proposta 11 : I lavoratori son tutti uniti e mostrano compassione verso gli altri, ciò ci rende umani e noi del FP crediamo che chiunque debba esser libero di manifestare per i diritti non solo propri ma anche degli altri; Proposta 13 : A meno che non sia necessario aumentare la produzione agricola il FP appoggià il biologico, il cibo coltivato nelle nostre terre è lo stesso che finisce sulle nostre tavole, voi Onorevole Mattioli mordereste mai una mela sulla quale son stati spruzzati dei pesticidi ? Fino a che punto la pulizia del prodotto rimuove le sostanze nocive ? Lascereste mai i vostri figli mangiare del cibo di cui non siste sicuro al cento per cento ? Noi del FP appoggeremo questa proposta solo nel caso di effettiva necessità; Proposta 14 : Il FP ha già appoggiato la proposta del PCI; Proposta 15 : Vi sono nazioni in cui le persone devono indossare delle mascherine, vi sono terre avvelenate dalle industrie i cui prodotti finiscono sulle nostre tavole, vi sono fiumi e laghi in cui le persone nuotano tra gli scarti delle industrie, vi son persone che contraggono malattie mortali o debilitanti che consumerano la loro vita lentamente, spegnendosi accanto ai loro cari mentre ogni giorno cercano di vivere la vita nell'ambiente che noi abbiamo creato per loro e che questa proposta mettere a rischio, noi del FP non possiamo appoggiare questa proposta che finirebbe con l'uccidere il popolo e non a salvaguardarlo. Onorevole Mattioli, il Fronte Popolare è conscio del vostro tentativo di creare una nazione più sicura, tuttavia una nazione è fatta di persone, persone che hanno diritto ad un lavoro o ad un reddito minimo per poter portare avanti la propria famiglia, per dare un futuro ai propri figli, le aziende sono importanti, i proprietari devono aver sì un guadagno per i loro sforzi ma questo guadagnano non dev'esser a scapito di altre persone perchè siamo tutti uguali, non importa il colore, la razza, i desideri, abbiamo tutti lo stesso diritto di realizzare i nostri sogni senza che questi facciano male agli altri, la vita non è solo aver soldi, macchine lussuose o grandi case, la vita è vivere ogni giorno, sentirlo nella propria pelle, esprimersi liberamente, scambiare opinioni...Il Fronte Popolare difenderà sempre la libertà delle persone, sia con la parola che con le armi se necessario. -Angelo Marchese, Presidente del FP e (probabile) Capo del Governo. | Message | Abbiamo tolto gli articoli non graditi al FP al solo scopo di raggiungere la maggioranza parlamentare, dato che diverse sue critiche sembrano frutto di preconcetti ideologici più che sincere preoccupazioni: i nostri erano provvedimenti che miravano a una semplificazione della burocrazia, non a un intirannimwnto sulle spalle degli Istaliani. Abbiamo ritenuto giusto abbassare la tassazione sui beni essenziali ad un simbolico 1, in modo da mantenere un minimo di uguaglianza fra l'aumento della pressione fiscale sulle corporation e questa sui beni primari. Per quanto riguarda l'utilizzo dei pesticidi un comma nel provvedimento parla chiaro: se utilizzati essi devono essere listati. Starà poi all'acquirente di controllare e decidere se acquistare prodotti bío o meno; è in nome della maggior offerta ai cittadini e della maggior varietà del mercato.
