We apologize for the delay in the discussion We remain opposed to in Articles 1 , 3 and 5 . 1 ) We believe that candidates who accept private donations ( which are private lobbies or large companies , not individual citizens who want to support the party , which is already possible under the current regulation ) are more prone to be corrupted . 3 ) Appoint the only government employees for political affiliation would bring corruption and incompetence in public bodies . 5 ) There seems fair to our fellow citizens , born to citizens istaliani and always lived in Istalia , to certify their nationality with an exam . Recall that for foreigners who want to become Istaliani there is already a need to undergo an examination . |

1) Even if they receive private donations are still citizens who elect, the word always belongs to the people. 3) On the other hand, however, they would be more loyal to the government and it would be good from a psychological point of view of the staff recruited to work as it would be for something she believes in. 5) You have not Istaliani only for blood, one must know! You have to know our history, how many Istaliani not know the second part of our anthem? O regions of our nation? The Popular Front is the idea that you have to prove willing to be part dell'Istalia and therefore there are no limits to the test By accessing or sometimes you can do but what will make the Istaliani more aware of their history. Basically we can say that it is for their good and the good of the Motherland. |

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there. |
