Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Proposing a Cabinet that will treat each other with respect and dignity. The HoG reserves the right to sack those who will not show proper respect and decorum by proposing a new cabinet without them. Positions were based on electoral success as well as areas of interest. This constant bickering over cabinet is why the Viceroy should appoint a cabinet. Such an important task should not be left in the hands of demagogues. |

Not only that but the HSP has seen it fit to put themselves as the head of the government despite Conservative Right having far more seats and being a far larger party at this time.
