| WHEREAS: - The Ministry of Internal Affairs and its intelligence wing has determined that threats are from non-Likaton nationalists - The Visvarens Republika Likatonia shall endeavor to protect its nationals THEREFORE, THE SENATA AFFIRMS THAT: 1. The Ministry of Internal Affairs is to create a Bureau of Likaton Purity, with annual funding of 15% of the Internal Affairs budget. The Bureau is to have direct control over the militia of the Likaton Unity Party provided that the Likaton Unity Party maintains the Secretary of National Defense capacity. In other exceptions, where the LUP does not hold the Secretary of National Defense, the Bureau is to be allocated 20% of the national police officers for its use. 2. All individuals within the Republic will be required to identify their race with the Bureau of Likaton Purity within one year of this bill's successful passage through the Senata. Failure to do so risks incarceration or expulsion from the Republic. 3. The Bureau of Likaton Purity has the right to gain entry to any dwelling, commercial or residential, provided that there is a suspicion of an illegal alien living in the premise. Illegal aliens of Likaton race will be given integration aid. Other races will be expelled. 4. Citizenship is granted to any member of the Likaton race. Other Seleyan races will be considered, or races of Keymon or Meria, dependent on the citizenship application. 5. All citizens upon registring their race with the Bureau of Likaton Purity will be given a Likatonian Identity Card, listing their race and status within Likatonia. |

| Message | Mr. Speaker, We respect the UPP's right to disagree, but "draconian?" It harms no freedom and values of our true citizens, the Likaton people. As for uncalled for, recent socialist protests within our capital city have been found to contain a majority of non-Likatons. Regardless, we still thank the UPP for their 11th hour input. I Yield. |
