As the law stands the advised national curriculum is not compulsory for all schools to follow. Education is a right for every young person in this country. The standard of education and the content of the courses should not vary from school to school. This bill will ensure that every youth who takes the same course is taught to the same standard with the same course as the rest of the student population.
