MessageMr. Speaker,

we prefer to allow us to use these weapons whenever we want. Obviously, we need some common sense. Maybe we should discuss who would be involved in the decision.
Anyways, as we feel this is a step in the right direction, we are willing to support this bill.

MessageWe agree, we feel that we shouldn't restrict our nation's military, to an extent of course. The military is what protects the nation. When we feel that that is possible we will change the bill accordingly.

MessageTo explore the possibility of what the NWL suggested, I nominate the Minister of Defense, and the President to have control of how the weapons are used, both must agree to use these weapons on a target, otherwise it can't be used at all.

I was going to nominate a third but I don't know who to nominate, so if you have suggestions I will be happy to take them.

MessageIf there are no other nominees, or no objections, then that settles it both the president and the Minister of Defense must agree to use chemical warfare on specific target for it to be used at all.

Otherwise if the two can't agree then it won't happen at all.

MessageMr. Speaker,

If I may use a word that seems to have been long forgotten in the Presidium, look at the moral side of this. Allowing us to utilize these horrid weapons at ANY time is inconceivable. It should at least be highly regulated and restricted purely to military targets. Who would decide where and when these weapons would be used? The Presidium? The Head of State? The military? There are too many unanswered questions and moral obligations for my party to support this bill in its current form.

MessageMr. Speaker,

The President and the Minister of Defence have to both agree on using the weapons before they are used.
