MessageMr Speaker,

What we should do is not to put priorities down to the local levels will not help culture flourish. This division of regional policies only cause chaos in the national system of libraries, museums and monuments that is currently in place. In fact, there is little to none correlation between the cultures the regions are showcasing or preserving and the system of which said facilities are managed. Therefore, we believe that this proposition is redundant.
