The Likatonain Government should manage a national police force to work alongside community police forces to offer support and assistance. Hereby, 1. Establishes The 'Likatonain National Police' (LNP) to be a semi-independent arm of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. 2. The LNP shall have authority over the country as the same community police have. The LNP shall prioritize in higher criminality zones to provide assistance to communities that cannot afford adequate policing. 3. The LNP shall be led by a Director, nominated by the Internal Minister and confirmed by the Senata. The Director shall insure the government does not overstep in abusing it's police power, but to listen to the goals and objectives of the Internal Minister and set them forth in his own management. The Director shall advise and provide a budget to the Internal Minister for approval or modification. 4. The LNP's primary goals and foundations are to uphold the laws of the country, and to keep order. The LNP are strictly prohibited to act as political police, or be commanded by government officals other then the Director. |
