Bill: Overthrow the Corporate Privatized Lands of Kafuristan!

Details

Submitted by[?]: Communist Party of Kafuristan

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: July 2175

Description[?]:

Just kidding.

Let's return our terribly long name to the Democratic Republic of Kafuristan.

Nothing violent or dramatic involved.

At the same time we shall push for a reasonable adult age (because twelve-year-olds shouldn't be having sex, unless of course it is with another twelve-year-old), slightly fewer proposals allocated (to prevent massive bills which might clog the toilet), and the possibility of all parties proposing a cabinet (so we can change the cabinet if we ever get a lazy president).

MessageI would support except for taking the HoS's powers. If we do that, s/he has no function. Also, ID cards are too draconian.

Random fact: Cabinet ministers who disagree seriously with the head of government would usually be expected to resign. Parties within the cabinet may attempt to manoeuvre to replace the head of government though, for example by proposing a new cabinet bill or voting for an early election.
