MessageJust to clarify, this proposal would not be legal under section 22.3.2 of the Game Rules (see http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=6363 ), which disallows "RP laws which contradict game mechanic laws".

Bear in mind it is possible to pass a law separating the positions of Head of State and Head of Government. This would make it possible to pass a Cabinet bill without the support of the party controlling the Head of Government.
