| This act is to keep incest illegal, however only prosecute if pregnancy occurs. This means that those who are part of a family, and by the off chance they do in-fact fall in love they can become a couple and have a relationship like any normal couple, without allowing them to become pregnant and creating a child that could be harmed because of this. It is not the government's business to who can be in a relationship with who. |
