| After some consultation, we have a design that seems to have a good chance of passing. This flag retains the red and yellow colours of the current flag, while adopting the star-based design and symbolism re: the number 5 that everyone seemed keen on. The design is five gold stars joined in a circle on a navy blue field. The five (five-pointed) stars symbolise the five states of Rutania, and you may also notice that these together form one big five-pointed star, and a navy pentagon in the middle. If you look at it a certain way, you can also make out an inverted, five-pointed navy star, although this was not intentional. |
