Description[?]:

1. The Government must build up a comprehensive border fence stretching along the border with Barmenia and the border with Pontesi to protect Beiteynu from illegal immigration, within 5 years of the passage of this law.
2. In addition this border fence shall also stretch into the ocean to avoid seabound illegal immigration.
3. The use of force to proctect the border and the fence itself is allowed under any circumstance.
4. In order to protect the border fence a new military unit, called the NBP (National Border Police or Magav), shall be established. This unit shall be responsible only to the head of state. The target strength of the Magav shall be 30.000 soldiers.
4. All people of the race Jelbic shall receive substantial government support to emmigrate to any other country.
5. This law is a normal law and can be changed or altered by an absolute majority of seats.
