| The National Front has become worried about the rising tensions in Baltusia, we fear for the safety of our members. So, we would like to establish paramilitaries as apart of each party, so that political parties can defend themselves from violence. And also so that problems can be resolved directly. |

Old value:: Paramilitaries are illegal and the recognized government may intervene freely to stop any possible activity.
Current: Paramilitaries are allowed with full privileges, with the right to intervene when necessary.
Proposed: Paramilitaries are allowed as part of each political party.
