| Hobrazia has a written constitution which has all the main constitutional laws and regulations of parliament shown. This is updated regularly to keep the constitution records up to date. ================================== ----THE CONSTITUTION OF HOBRAZIA---- ================================== Article 1) The Speaker of the House of Commons. http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=465622 A speaker will be elected once every 5 years. Any party that HAS seats is able to apply to stand in the election. Parties with no seats cannot apply. Article 2) The Title of The Finance Minister. The official title of the finance minister is Chancellor of the Hobrazian Exchequer Article 3) The Shadow Cabinet. The main opposition party must form a shadow cabinet as shown in the bill Article 4) The set parliamentary term may be changed at any time |
