Article 3 [Titles of nobility]
1) Titles of nobility may be granted by the government and any other political body designated by it;
2) The Government of Dorvik grants the "Privy Council" the right to grant titles of nobility, the Privy Council (Geheimer Rat in the Dundorfian language) as pursuant to the "Law on the Dorvish Nobility".

Article 4 [Racial and religious registration of nationals]
1) All nationals are required to register their race and religion with the Department of Population Information and Research of the Ministry of the Interior;
