Description[?]:

To not swear of curse on the debates or the messages and a mutual agreement by all Parties in Solentia.
Enforcement: enforced by the president. The party with the most seats not the president will enforce on the president. If the seat number is tied do alphabetical order.
Penalty process:
1. Proof will be brought by someone to the president/ party with most seats that's not the president party if Presduent
2. President/ party with most seats not president of president will message person telling them of their inappropriate words using quotes and URL link to place said. If it is a private message quotes will be used provided.
3. If URL link and quote evidence the person shall forefight all cabinet seats and failure to do so will result in appeal to moderation after 10 words (individual) in a span of 2 days. Only ones with URL links count automatically. If only quoted they will count if 50% of the parties receive inappropriate messages in a span of 2 days. Then all of the messages would then count toward the 10 even without URL links. If one person claims excessive messaging as using inappropriate language the person can make a request to the moderation individually and the president/ party with the most seats not president if president will also contact moderation to back up the defendant.
Notes
1. Moderation had final say if appealed to and can override presidential decisions
2. After 2 days this resets. The day is based on Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) (GMT+0) and doesn't adjust for daylight savings.
3. If the parties are tied with the exact same name the president will choose which party
4. Penalties for lying about inappropriate messages will be automatic removal of cabinet positions and appeal to moderation of lies are disrupting the gameplay.
Ratification
1. This is an admendment and will need 2/3 of all seats to pass
2. This can be removed with a 50% of all seats and a presidential agreement in the same election period OR a 2/3 of all seats OR more yes then no votes along with presidential approval AND approval of all cabinet members
