| Message | This bill is in response to the environmental disaster that has occurred in the States of Albiland in the Baltusia. Environmentalists have urge us to take immediate action. So I decreased spending in internal affairs to 4 million and education and culture to 10 million for right now. I increased funding for environment and tourism by 83 million to cover the cost of this tragic event. We still have a surplus. Cutting education and culture, and also internal affairs won't be permanent. |
