| To freeze the budget 1. The budget cannot be increased past the cost of the March 4030 budget. More spending in a certain area must come with greater or equal cuts to other area(s). 2. Defense spending will be frozen at March 4030 levels regardless of the total money allowance from the March 4030 budget. 3. All tax cuts must be revenue neutral. This means if the sales tax is cut the income tax/corporate tax/ luxury tax must be raised to recover the revenue. This only effects new bills proposed after the passing of this bill. Ratification: By 50%+1 Removed: by more yes then no votes |
