MessageAPPELLANT:

Your honor, and may it please the Court.

The Province of Razamid has a vital and legitimate interest in protecting the privacy of those who use the bathrooms with the expectation that those who use the bathroom are of the same gender, gender being that which is biologically determined and assigned to at birth.

Our citizens expectation and right of privacy is protected by this Act, which seeks to bar dangerous sexual predators and other like them from taking advantage of the current wave of gender bending in order to engage in their vile practices. Furthermore, children are protected from adults who would otherwise prey on them under the guise of the Government's purported constitutional rights of Transgender citizens.

Our second argument is that there is no constitutional rights for Transgender citizens because those who claim to be transgender are committing biological and physical fraud in order to live a lifestyle which was not naturally given to them at birth.

MessageRESPONDENT:

Your honor, and may it please the Court.

Every citizen is entitled to the free exercise of their constitutional rights - whether it be the right to political speech, assembly, liberty, property, or the right to privacy in one's personal property, communications, etc.

While the Province of Razamid seek to dispel this case by arguing that there exists no rights for Transgender citizens, we say they are wrong. First and foremost, those who identify as Transgender are Citizens of this Nation. As such, they are to be afforded the rights afforded to all other Citizens on an equal basis and without discrimination.

Certain Citizens identify as a different gender than that with which they were born. That is their Constitutional Right, to live as they see fit and to love whomever they choose to love. It is the duty of the Government to uphold that right of liberty.

Furthermore, this bill also serves as a violation of these Citizens' right to privacy in that it would involved the Province engaging in an invasive and intrusive examination of each and every citizen who claims to be Transgender and seeks to use the bathroom of the sex they identified with. There is no other reasonable method of enforcement other than to use body scans or to physically inspect Citizens prior to entering the bathroom.

Despite the Province's Act being labeled as a Privacy Act, it does the exact opposite and exposes many law abiding citizens to unwarranted and unnecessary intrusion and invasion of our Citien's rights to Liberty and Privacy.

Random fact: Players who consent to a particular role-play by acknowledging it in their own role-play cannot then disown it or withdraw their consent from it. For example, if player A role-plays the assassination of player B's character, and player B then acknowledges the assassination in a news post, but then backtracks and insists the assassination did not happen, then he will be required under the rules to accept the validity of the assassination role-play.
