| Paramilitaries are Important, from local militia to the Red Army and Honor Guards of the Royalist Parties. But at the same time they require regulation, and the ones set up now are very vague. 1) No Paramilitary force shall be allowed to carry explosives in any case, this includes but is not limited to Land Mines and Rocket Launchers. 2) All members of a Paramilitary Force shall be required to undergo psychology testing before being allowed to join and take part, and anyone with a life threatening disease shall not be allowed to carry any lethal force and anyone which has a extreme mental disorder (such as lowly functioning Autism and Insanity) shall not be permitted to join 3) Paramilitaries may not recruit anyone below the age of 17 and these people may only carry a weapon for the Paramilitary at the age of 19 |

| Message | Mr. Speaker, I never said that you have attacked the government. I stated that you desire to do so. Perhaps the LUP leader should learn to listen to his fellow members before lecturing them. Compromising on stability and security leads to chaos, anarchy, and ruin. We will compromise on many other things, but to jeopardize the well being of the Empire or her traditions we will not, I yield. |
