Description[?]:

1. This Directive establishes functions of the Ministry of Justice.

2. This Directive applies to all entities within the Ministry of Justice.

3. To the extent allowable by legislation of the Solentia Senate, the Ministry of Justice shall:

a. release all - including; but not limited to; prisoners, inmates and detainees - from confinement, captivity and other equal deprivations of liberty.

b. cease all activities of courts, tribunals and related institutions that relates to section (3)(a).

4. This Directive is approved for public release.

5. This Directive is effective immediately.

Message....unless they have broken the law and have been assigned there as consequences to their crimes. If anyone is proven unlawfully imprisoned then yes. But to release prisoners just because? It's not logical or safe.
