| I am very concerned that many of our nations students are leaving college (or other forms of higher education) deeply in debt. This burden decreases productivity and haunts many peoples' lives. I ask for tuition for low income people to be fully covered by the government. |

Old value:: The government does not subsidize tuition, students must pay for higher education themselves. This does not include scholarship programs.
Current: The government fully subsidizes tuition.
Proposed: The government subsidizes tuition only for students from families classified as low-income or poor.
