| The government presented a reform of the national railway system. In fact, gives to the private too the possibility to operate in the rail transportation sector will stimulate the growth, with repercussions throughout the supply chain industry, and above will be a valuable support for the idea of the government to decrease more and more the transportation by road for the benefit of the environment and road safety. |

Proposed: Private companies operate regional TOC's. The national service is provided by a publicly owned, national TOC.
