Message | Hello, Reference to real-life places such as 'Kenya' or 'Hawaii' in character whethere in debates, bill and party descriptions is strictly prohibited under section 5.5 of the Game Rules. As for 'Barack', it's only a first name but I think everyone can reasonably deduct that you are in this case, referring to 'Barack Obama' Reference to prominent real life persons is also prohibited under section 5.1 of the Game Rules.
