| The Alliance propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Commonwealth of Rutania. The Commonwealth Goverment is still in a 4 Trillion RUT deficit. We must act promptly to reduce it. This cut in budget will be paid for by an expected increased turnover for our technology investments through widening our profit margins. The justice budget is also decreased by devolving policing and low-risk jails to local governments. |

| Message | Mr Speaker, May the Ministry of Finance reiterate, the Justice budget is slashed by devoluting more community policing and low risk jails. Would the opposition look at the description and suggested items before deciding to shout at the government. Perhaps the right has been out of the government for too long. | Message | Mr. Speaker, If our country has a deficit I don't get why they raise the funds for education and culture. If they really want to balance the budget cuts over the board are necessary. So I urge the Alliance to revise their budget proposal and don't ever think our party is going to vote in favor of a tax raise so that the mistakes this government made can be cleaned up. Rep.
