| Article 1: The Government shall subside all Transsexual's transition to the opposite gender after approval by a therapist, the government will pay for all or partially pay for all needed transition activities (therapy, sex reassignment surgery, and hormone therapy) Article 2: Transsexuals shall have their birth certificate's gender changed to their desired gender |

This is opening up a slippery slope of government paying for elective issues....
