Bill: Two-Tier Pre-School System
Details
Submitted by[?]: Front Canrillaise
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: December 2176
Description[?]:
Why can't some entrepreneurs be allowed to open up their own nurseries/pre-school if they want to? Brings jobs to people as well as providing a choice for parents who might find it more easy to bring their children to one that is closer to their house instead of having to travel to a farther one (hypothetical situation). |

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there. |
Random quote: "Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket signifies, in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, from those who are cold and are not clothed. The world in arms is not spending money alone. It is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children." - Dwight D. Eisenhower |
