| Article 1) Besides the consent of both the patient and their therapist, the Guardian of anyone hoping to be given state subsidies must consent to this, in the case this person is younger then 13 (or 14 if a regional government so chooses to raise the cap) or isn't mentally sound. (Mental Illness, not counting depression Article 2) if someone's income is in the top 30% their transition shall not be paid for by the state. |
