Status[?]: passed

Voting deadline: August 4049

Description[?]:

Proposed by Camellia Harrison, December 4048

Article 1. Limiting the powers of intelligence agencies to concentrate on national security to focus on Jakania instead of the internal policies of other nations.

Article 2. We will not use biological or chemical weapons unless the aggressor does so first.

Article 3. Anybody no matter of race, religion or sexuality should be able to serve Jakania.

Article 4. A limitation of the militaries power towards the ability to arrest.

Article 5. No mandatory service will be required and we see it more important for these people to work on developing the technologies that are needed to win wars, not the lives lost.

Article 6. Paramilitary is anti democratic and no civilised nation should allow them.

Article 7. We should treat prisoners of war fairly, they should not be executed for fighting a war they may or may not believe in.

Article 8. A complete ban to make sure Jakania is not fueling war and aggression in Terra. This also means technology developed in Jakania is less likely to fall into other nations hands.

Random fact: Players who consent to a particular role-play by acknowledging it in their own role-play cannot then disown it or withdraw their consent from it. For example, if player A role-plays the assassination of player B's character, and player B then acknowledges the assassination in a news post, but then backtracks and insists the assassination did not happen, then he will be required under the rules to accept the validity of the assassination role-play.
