Bill: Cabinet Proposal of December 4052 (the mathematically fair one.)

Details

Submitted by[?]: The Milita and Freedom Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: August 4053

Description[?]:

Proposing Before we begin my aim is to make sure we can have a senate where everyone is happy. So there are 750 seats in our senate and the BLFP have 183 seats, the Imperial Alliance as 146 seats, the New Labor has 128 seats , the SLP has 88 seats, the Libertarians have 75 seats, the Staton House has 74 seats, and the BPDP has 56. So my plan is to find what fraction of the senate you control then give you that many positions if you have less than 1/13 you will get no positions. Ok so the BLFP have 183 seats 183/750= 0.244 that is rounded to .24 and that is 24% and 24% of 13 is 3.12 that is rounded to 3 so they get 3 seats. The Imperial alliance has 146 seats 146/750= 0.194666667 that is rounded to 19%, 19% of 13 is 2.47 and that is rounded to 2 so the Imperial alliance gets 2 seats. The New Labor has 128 seats 128/750= .176666... that is rounded to 18%, 18% of 13 is 2.34 and that is rounded to 2 so the New Labor gets 2 seats. The SLP has 88 seats 88/750=88/750= 0.117333... that is rounded to 12%, 12% of 13 is 1.56 and that is rounded to 2 so the SLP gets 2 seats. The Libertarians has 75 seats 75/750= 0.1 that is rounded to 10%, 10% of 13 is 1.3 and that is rounded to 1 so the Libertarians gets 1 seats. The Saton House has 74 seats so they have 1. The BPDP has 56 seats 56/750 is 0.0746666... which is less the 1/13(0.0769230769) but because we need 2 more seats he will get a seat, and I will give myself the last one so every party has a seat. To figure out who gets who I will get a randomizer and give it the position randomly.

MessageWhile we appreciate the efforts of the Nationalist Party, there are parties in this proposal that are political enemies and we'd be unable to work with them.
