Description[?]:
Zardugal has for centuries been a beacon of hope, freedom and prosperity for all the peoples of Majatra. Our democratic values and our Hosian faith have served as a model of peace and stability for the entire continent, guiding Majatra towards prosperity, individual liberty, and responsibility. But now our democratic values and institutions are under threat from both the left and the right. The anti-Hosian Anarcho-Syndicalists will, if they gain power, abandon our brethren in faith in the South to genocide and persecution, will dismantle our hard-earned economic liberties and will bring Zardugal under the dictatorship of undemocratic trade unionists. Under the National Confederation of Labor Zardugal will cease to be, as the anarchists have made clear they have no loyalty to our democratic state, no love for our religious freedom, and no respect for the men and women sacrificing their lives in our Armed Forces for the freedom of Zardugal. And now a newer and more pernicious threat against Zardic freedom has arisen, under the guise of Augustan nationalism and loyalty to the Church. The fascists in the so-called Phalanx are no more lovers of Augustan and Zardic freedom than the anarchists in the KNL. While the anarchists will seek to abolish our economic and religious liberty, the fascists will abolish the democratic character of the Zardic state itself, replacing it with a xenophobic and un-Hosian totalitarian dictatorship that has no root in Augustan traditions and way of life. Zardugal is a democracy and will continue to be one for as long as freedom-loving Augustans, Mallans, and Tokundians continue to call this nation their home. The Hosian People's Party remains the only political force in the Federation committed to Zardic freedoms, the individual rights of all Zards, economic prosperity, compassion and charity for the poor, and the prominent role of our Holy Church, without fanaticism, ethnophyletism, or obscurantism. |
