This is a reform to to better connect the professional's teaching at the territory as well as to coordinate more effectively the entry of the graduates into the world of work and to ensure that private institutions maintain adequate quality livels of teaching. (OOC: a question: the option "The government leaves the development and funding of vocational schools and colleges up to local governments", how how should we read? That the vocational schools and colleges are manage by the local governments and the universities rest in the hand of the national government or that there are not university? please answer me because, if anything, I delete the article). |
