| We propose a new coalition of parties backing the instatement of a new type of Monarchy, under the Genn family. The Basics of this form of Monarchy are as follows: 1) The Empress will always protect the National Interest and the Nation's Democracy at all costs, instead of silently standing by as the rights and freedoms of her subjects are stolen away. 2) There shall be a female and oldest bias in the line of secession, meaning the oldest daughter to the Monarch shall take the throne on their death or abdication. 3) The Monarch must always hold the confidence of the people, if she ever at any point doesn't command the masses approval she shall be forced to abdicate in favor of the heir of the throne. 4) There shall be no form of Religion involved in the Monarchy, and the Monarch may chose their faith and path as a person instead of having 'tradition' forced on them 5) Fascism, Neo-Fascism, Anti-Democracy, and Confederalism, shall be considered illegal, and the Monarch may freely intervene to stop these forces when needed. 6) The Monarch is the head of the Empire with no-one above the crown. 7) The Monarch shall have the right to reject the rights of Nobility and veto bills that the diet didn't approve with a Super-Majority. Feel free to yell at the LPU for this or discuss if this is a good form of government that the Nation should adapt. |

| Message | Mr. Speaker, As I've stated elsewhere, there's no constitutional basis for this. At the same time, proposing a resolution of this sort can't be treason. As I understand it, as a matter of parliamentary convention, matters, resolutions, and bills brought before the Imperial Diet can be censured, not criminalized. I yield. |

| Message | Mr. Speaker, In looking over and while crafting a Les Majeste amendment, I have come to understand that while I oppose this thought to its core, this proposal would actually be a constitutional amendment and thus legal. It would require a 2/3 vote to pass as the ruling Dynasty and Emperor is enshrined as part of our constitution. I yield. |
