MessageMr Speaker

We propose that any change to the current laws or to remove the emperor from power would need two votes. One for the diet who proposed it and one for the next elected diet

MessageMr. Speaker,

Adjustments have been made inline with the CRs request. I ask that they look it over and give feedback.

MessageOOC: This looks good. However, with regard to the CR's suggestion, I would note that per the game rules:

22.3 The following types of RP law are specifically disallowed and will be considered void:

22.3.3 RP laws which cannot be revoked or can only be revoked by a higher majority than was required to create the law in the first place. There must be a clear mechanism through which a RP law can be overthrown.

So you have a clear mechanism through which this amendment can be effectively reversed; that is, first a vote by 50% of the parties then sitting, followed by a 2/3 majority for the next session. But because of this mechanism, the constitutional amendment you're proposing would require at least the same standard to be approved. That is, 50% of the current Imperial Diet in addition to 2/3 of the next session in order to go into effect.
