| We as a nation need to elect a nationmaster as stated in article 18. As we keep on losing party's it would be beneficial but their will be bill on how and when we Inforce this bill. 18.2 In addition, Nationmasters have the authority to make special requests to Moderation for early inactivations, early elections, early bill clearouts and the imposition of an 8 party limit. It is advised, although not required, that Nationmasters should establish an "OOC: Nationmaster guidance" bill to provide information about how, if at all, they intend to exercise these privileges. |

| Message | Dear Parliament, Today I address all members of this house and call for them to see beyond party lines. And I ask them what makes a nation? Is it everyone caring for one another or is it our collective spirit or maybe individuals ambitions. That is up for everyone to decide. What I do believe though is that it is us, the government's role to nurture that and protect our nation. I think we have become so fixated with left and right, party politics and outdated rivalries. It's time to move on. We together can make this nation even better. To me this role is all about improving our great nation. As nation master I will, yes make changes. But I will do that by asking other parties for their views to gain perspective I would ask parties to work together to advise me. All parties would be a part of every decision I make, that's democracy and that will unite our nation. I am not going to lie, I have got allies and am part of the right- wing alliance but that does not mean we are always right. Government healthcare and pollution standards are some great left wing achievements and I call on the progressive party, freedom party and socialist libertarian party to back me so we can work together. If I am elected the following 6 things will be my priority. Key pledges- ✔ Remove old bills that were defeated and are no longer needed. A massive clear out. ✔ Hold a vote on removing the moderates and work towards deciding together if they still are active. ✔ All bills created by an active party should stay in debate for at least a month (OOC-In game time) and a maximum of 4 months. ✔ Bills created by an inactive party will be removed. ✔ Create a protocol for elections if a party becomes inactive. ✔ Hold a debate on the time between elections There is of course much else to be done and I am open to suggestions from all other parties and I urge people to back me. However, until we have a nation master in place we can't get rid of an inactive party. So what do we do, just wait until the Moderator removes the Moderate Party after a while due to inactivity? | Message | OOC - I looked at the Moderate's voting history and I don't think they have voted since April 4062 - so I reckon that is about 4/5 days ago. I think the cut off point for inactive parties is 4 days, so maybe the Moderators will take action soon otherwise we should contact them. As for Nation master - I think the rules state four parties with seats have to vote for you and 2/3rds of all players - sorry, I jumped a little early above as I though the Freedom party was backing Anne Peterson - so it seems you may have to hammer it out with them the Social Libs and the Progressive Party.
