| Message | OOC: sorry to don't endorse this proposal, but i have gone to see the legislative history of the nation and also the game rule on the forum. Well, I have seen no obligation in the Game Rule in the forum, only a possibility if, and it's written "if", the Nationmaster sets such policy (writing off course I think) or if it's provided in a Game Rule Accord between the players. I didn't see any past bill or bill in debating zone as Game Rule Accord, Nationmaster's rule, link to a forum for the Istalian parties where thy can read the game rules (only a link to the game rules on the particracy forum), etc... I saw that in some other similar occasions It has been a common practice, but I found also episodes that have seen the Parliament vote against a proposal like that, even if the disappeared party had much more importance and weight. Like those episodes: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=407130 You voted against the proposal despite the missing party was even the third party in the country and despite its president candidate had received so many votes, almost unseating the victory of PPI. But I found other episodes that saw the no convenience of a vote for, the PPI voted against. As someone declared in this parliament "It would make sense to resort to the polls if there was not a majority able to express themselves and if the absent parties were part of a government that would be in this way unfit to rule", but this is not the case. And then, I would say also that the PPI for very long time, for the last Istalian Revolution Party's governments, all my first government and also since the last elections, has participated very very little in the role play. Only vote yes/no without any discussion, proposal or otherwise any involvement in the game. Also when he was in power with my party in minority, he made his reforms and bill in in total silence. Behavior also had even after my messages with which I invited him to participate, same thing for the PNPI. And I am bitterly surprised that the PPI, that is present in the game a lot longer than us, participates in the game in a way so cold and aloof. I'm sorry, but actually would give me a lot bother a thing.
