This bill will restore the Rutania Monarchy under house Vandermark. We believe that the Commonwealth of Rutania should be ruled again under the strong leadership that William IV of House Vandermark has. Rutania was once a Kingdom and the ruling house was Vandermark, Rutania was strong and growing under the Vandermarks. Let Rutania be strong and prosperous under the leadership of William IV of House Vandermark. This bill will bring Rutania under constitutional monarchy rule. |
