by law every party has to vote yes as I am head of state so I by law have to get foreign affairs,finance and internal affairs.
If you vote no you are breaking the law and that is illegal but I can give one position away.So I might decide later on. |

As a constitutional amendment it needed 2/3rds majority but only got over half the votes. I think the best thing to do is vote again, so if this bill receives 2/3s it goes into law. Is that fair enough?

But I can't vote to accept making not voting for the President Illegal. That's a dictatorship. |
