MessageMadam Speaker,

This is a very crucial measure to ensure we do not support despicable causes in our arms trading. Though I urge the government to be lenient and only block sales in more extreme cases, I welcome the move to add a layer of review to our arms exports. This issue is about more than trade, it's about lives that could be lost should these arms end up in the wrong hands, we cannot leave room for negligence in this regard.

Random fact: It is possible for a player to transfer ownership of a character or a royal house to another player. This should be done in a public way, such as on the Character Transfers thread, so that if a dispute arises in the future, Moderation can be pointed towards evidence of the transfer.
