| Article One: The Capitol police are replaced by KrugerSec, thereby making the responsibility of the protection of government officials, senators, government buildings and anyone who works in them or around them that of KrugerSec. Article Two: The funding for The Capitol Police is redirected into KrugerSec subsidies to aid with the aforementioned protection. OOC: Article Three: No more terrorist attacks may result in: - the loss of life of anyone under the protection of KrugerSec. - the serious injury of anyone under the protection of KrugerSec. - the major damage to any structure or are under the protection of KrugerSec. |
