| An increase in the Endralonian standing military by 10%, with appropriate adjustments to the logistical and supply complexes. In addition, increasing the Endralonian Air Force and Navy by an additional 8% (for a total of 18%) in an attempt to, should war come, have full tactical control of air and sea. |

| Message | pacifist means our citizens dont want a large military not that we dont have one. Frankly I think an excessive military is simply a way depriving the people of funds , on the other hand I do live in the real world we do need to be strong enough to defend ourselves but I find economic strength (among nation states) and the welfare of the people far more important. |
