Message | OOC: Front National, that's entirely wrong. In Hutori, for example, there is a player without a party, but she controls the roleplaying characters of the nation's rightful rulers. Just becuase I'm no longer taking part in politics doesn't mean I should be excluded from roleplay. You are being a bully at this point and it's wrong. |

Message | Just to clarify things for you in terms of the Game Rules (see http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=6363 ), the situation concerning role-playing and contributing to bill debates using inactive accounts is: "13.1 Players using inactive accounts and/or accounts from outside nations may only propose bills and/or contribute to discussions, whether IC (in-character) or OOC (out-of-character) with the general consent of the players in the nation." With regards to role-play, the general convention is that the consent of all players involved is need for role-play to be legitimate. To quote section 23: "The default rule is that role-play events can only be done with the consent of all of the players legitimately involved, and that if one of the players withdraws consent for the role-play, then the role-play becomes void." However, there are circumstances where the consent of all players is not necessarily required. Read section 23 for more information on that, and also section 21 on role-play principles. Hope this helps! Aquinas (Moderation) |

Message | Good a majority does not see them and it is void. |

Message | Can you read Front National, if you don't consent to a ROLEPLAY, don't take part in it. There are others that do enjoy this ROLEPLAY so you shouldn't restrict them. Also you've engaged in ROLEPLAY with us in the past but all of a sudden we "don't exist". There are many examples of inactive parties that actively part take in ROLEPLAY. So we reiterate, if you don't want to ROLEPLAY with me, you don't have to, just leave me and the ones who do want to in peace. If, however you do want to ROLEPLAY with me, you can't Godmod like you have been doing. It takes away the fun, which is all I'm trying to create here. |

Message | Horncastle: Major role-play events within a nation need the consent of the players in order to be legitimate under the Game Rules. If players voice an objection, then they are not legitimate and that needs to be respected. Although as described before, there are exceptions where the consent of all players is not required, like with RP event bills. Also, as explained before, if you do not have an active account in the nation then you really do need the consent of the players in order to participate in their role-play. If they're not happy with what you are doing, then you do need to respect that. Aquinas (Moderation) |
