The most restrictive options are 'All public displays of affection are illegal' and 'All public displays of affection are illegal, except brief greeting exchanges between close relatives', which until recently was the case in this Holy Empire. Couples sticking their tongues down each others' throats wouldn't be appropriate IN PUBLIC, would it? In solitude or the company of other couples in a public place, fine, but not actually in public. |
