This Reform will regulate ISPs and partially nationalise them for economic reasons. The main new regulations will be focused on internet neutrality, because ISPs should provide nondiscriminatory access to Internet content, platforms, etc., and should not manipulate the transfer of data regardless of its source or destination. |
