| Mr Benn has been charged by the Prosecution for the charges of: Illegal possession of multiple firearms with intent to endanger life or injure property. Forming and operating a paramilitary with intent to use force. The full court hearing including the prosecutions case and defendants arguments can be found here: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=482095 Please fully analyse and assess the court case. Remember your juror has no political influence and must not be biased for or against Mr Benn. Your verdict must be based on the facts and the facts only. The system shall be: All parties have one verdict per charge. Please state your results as so: Firearms Charge: Guilty/Not Guilty Paramilitary Charge: Guilty/Not Guilty Verdicts close at January 4078 or before if all votes are in.
