The Istalian Liberal Party's Whip of the Chamber of deputies, Federico De Giorgi:

"Honourable Member of Parliament,
The actual law on national electric grid let the regional governments to control its regional grid, not letting the privates to invest in this market. As we understand the logical strategy behind this choise, we think that the electric grid can have a private market, as a result, the Istalian's expenditure will decrease, and the government can use this new earning to invest in strategic sectors.
I thank you for your attention."

Random fact: Moderation will not accept Cultural Protocol updates which introduce, on a significant scale, cultures which are likely to be insufficiently accessible to players. In particular, for all significant cultures in Particracy, it should be easy for players to access and use online resources to assist with language translation and the generation of character names. Moderation reserves the right to amend Cultural Protocols which are deemed to have introduced significant cultures that are not sufficiently accessible and which are not being actively role-played with.

Random quote: "The two greatest obstacles to democracy in the United States are, first, the widespread delusion among the poor that we have a democracy, and second, the chronic terror among the rich, lest we get it." - Edward Dowling
