| Message | Unfortunately this will not qualify, as it does not meet the requirement set out in section 16 of the Game Rules that "at least one of the players sponsoring the update must have been currently continuously active in the nation (ie. no inactivations) for at least 1 month". Darnussia is due to be a candidate for Culturally Open status when the current Cultural Era comes to a close on September 1st. If it is important to you (or anyone else, for that matter) that Darnussia should retain its Culturally Protected status, then the best advice would be to make sure you take part in the consultation that will take place when the time comes.
